Traveling to Steamboat Springs by Shuttle/Taxi Transfers
 Travelers to Steamboat Springs fly into the Steamboat/Hayden Airport (HDN) or into the Denver International Airport (DEN). The Steamboat/Hayden Airport is just 22 miles from our lodging around the Steamboat Ski Resort base, and Denver is 160 miles (or three hours) from Steamboat Springs.
Alpine Taxi and Storm Mountain Express shuttle guests from the Steamboat/Hayden Airport or from the Denver International Airport to your Steamboat lodging. Call ResortQuest Steamboat to book your Steamboat flights and shuttles from both Denver International Airport and the Steamboat/Hayden Airport.
Please note: ResortQuest Steamboat’s private shuttles chauffeur guests around Steamboat Springs in the winter. We do not provide shuttle service to the Steamboat/Hayden Airport or Denver International Airport.

Alpine Taxi Pick-Up Times
Arriving at the Steamboat/Hayden AIrport: When you fly in to Steamboat, Alpine Taxi will meet your flight and deliver you to your ResortQuest Steamboat lodging property.
Arriving at the Denver International Airport: Alpine Taxi will require you to provide your flight information, and then they will schedule you to be picked up at one of the following shuttle times. Steamboat pick-up times begin 50 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
Departing via the Steamboat/Hayden Airport: When you depart, you will be picked up as early as three hours prior to your outbound flight, due to a mandate by the Steamboat/Hayden airport manager, which requires all shared taxis to be at the airport two hours prior to flights.

Alpine Taxi Pick-up Locations
Steamboat/Hayden Airport: Look for the Alpine Taxi desk in the baggage claim area.
Denver International Airport: Proceed to the Baggage Claim Level (Level 5) of the Airport to retrieve your luggage. Then please proceed to the East Side (Blue Side), Door # 511 on Level 5 and cross the road to Island No. 2 (Mountain Carrier Island) where a vehicle will be waiting at the assigned times.
Alpine Taxi Cancellations
Your shared shuttle reservation is non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to your reservation. If it is cancelled more than 24 hours prior, you will be refunded at your request. Your private shuttle reservation is non-refundable if cancelled less than two weeks prior to your reservation. If it is cancelled more than two weeks prior, you will be refunded at your request. No refunds will be issued for travel plan changes due to weather, road or traffic conditions, airline scheduling, etc. ResortQuest encourages guests to book Travel Insurance.
