  We felt the staff was very friendly and treated us like family, and we felt very welcomed! People went out of their way to ask us how our visit was and wanted to greet our party.   Shelley was the agent who booked our reservation, and then also checked us in when we arrived. After making our reservation, I commented to my family on what an incredibly friendly and helpful girl I had just spoken with. After meeting her when we checked in, my opinion of her friendliness and efficiency was even higher! I think every customer service job should have someone like Shelley in it. She's excellent!! I'd also like to compliment the Concierge, Carol. She arranged a hot air balloon trip and provided other information. Also very friendly and helpful. I left an item behind in the condo. Kimmie (at the Front Desk) had it, and offered to mail it to me tomorrow. GREAT customer service! I recommend cloning the Steamboat staff!

  Although the unit was not available when we arrived, staff was very helpful.  Front Desk and Concierge were all informative and helpful.  Unit was cleaned well.  Bell staff was friendly and timely.  Transportation was responsive.  I should say I was particularly impressed by the fact that - when our daughter was taken to the hospital after an accident, dispatch got us to the Emergency Room quickly.  Staff was very helpful and sent a hospitality basket.  Very nice impression!  Make sure you continue relationship with Café Diva.  It was a real draw for us!”

  We love Steamboat and we love ResortQuest! We have been a return skier/guest for the past five years and have experienced excellent customer service with ResortQuest. Your organization is to be commended for their friendliness and professional mannerisms extended to their guests.
  
  The accommodations have always been exceptional. We have never been disappointed, plus the interior decor pleasing and comfortable. This is certainly welcomed after a day of skiing and you are whipped!!
  
  The van service you provide is wonderful. Your concierge services were excellent and very helpful. I would like to comment Becca for her outstanding customer service. She was courteous and very familiar with the Steamboat Winter Activities. This helped provide us with the necessary information for choices with these activities.
  
  The Western BBQ was scrumptious. The Sleigh Ride @ the Bar Lazy L Ranch was wonderful!! We had a beautiful starry night - the stars were so abundant and beautifully breathtaking.
  
  Next year we will be returning with our children and grandchildren. We do hope the return guest policies will still exist. The Cascades is a possible choice or the Aspen Lodge.

Also very helpful on other tips for our first time at Steamboat. Our drivers were AWESOME! Especially Jack!!! Everyone very friendly and helpful. Great service from "Black Tie" - great to leave skis @ front - nice! Best stocked unit we've ever stayed in. It's amazing how helpful it is to have dishwashing liquid, detergents, and other such supplies at hand. Less time shopping - more time skiing. Thanks! Also, humidifier, fans, and even sound machine!

  Our first trip to Steamboat with our family was a HUGE success!! Couldn’t have been better. Our two girls, ages 6 & 8 absolutely loved it, and the sites were amazing. I was concerned the Torian Plum was a little pricey, but it was definitely worth it. The ski in ski out was awesome, the daily service fantastic, and the free shuttle rides icing on the cake.

  On our last day, the power went out. When I called, the woman I spoke with was wonderful. I wish I could remember her name. It is reassuring to have a knowledgeable, caring, compassionate group of people who make you feel at home even away from home. ResortQuest, thank you for employing, by any means necessary, the greatest people in the business.
  
  As for ancillary staff, the only ones I met were trash collection and pool service. The rest must be part magician - we never saw them. Thank you ResortQuest for another wonderful stay.
